Stopped in my tracks

My car's engine could not start.
My car tyre is flat.
I have no car jack or wheel wrench in the trunk my car.
My spare tyre is almost flat.
There's rain water in my car trunk. (when I checked the spare tyre)
My air-cond blows hot air.
My car's number plate is broken.

I am just having a bad day.
But I will not let it affect me.
