Little Dove and Hill Hiking

It seemed like ages since I last climbed a hill. I decided to spend my weekday evening doing a little hill hiking in addition to running. I haven't been to this jogging park for a while now. I find this track more challenging as it involves running uphill (and downhill as well), just like turning on the incline on the treadmill. Good workout for the gluteal muscles, i.e. the buttocks.

I only ran for 2km before I began my journey up the hill. Trying to conserve my energy for the climb. There isn't much to report. As the proverb says, a picture is worth a thousand words.
Starting route of the climb
Different paths of the trek
Stairs to go up....
...and some more
...and more stairs

There's even used rubber tires
(what an ingenious way to recycle and dispose)

Look, a UFO!
At closer view: could it be a hilltop lightning conductor or just some ugly metal archictecture?
Then I looked beneath the 'UFO':

Boy 0121234567 very good sucker.

Nope, none of that. Just scribbles.

Lovers getting jiggy with it*

The overpriced restaurant at the jogging park

Note: *Actually the guy injured his foot, his friend is lending him a hand.

Love is like the chicken pox, we all have to go through it.

Across the South China Sea, where the majestic mountains stand, blue waves hitting the shore, orang utans chatter and insect-eating plants bloom, there lies my hometown. This exotic little dove now nests in kl. ;)

Little Dove is chasing his dreams. Chatbox is a good idea. Thank you for the suggestion. Thinking of getting Cbox but it is ad-supported.

Anyway, no one kaypoh about me one. Unless I am glamourous like daniel henry. ;p

P.S. Absolutely love the 'noise pollution' on your blog.
