That was all to it. My ex. I brought him to church once. Sneaked him in and sat together at a hidden corner of the church so my parents or friends will not see and ask too many questions. He was busy listening to the preaching priest, I was busy staring at his beautiful face. I wished time would stop. Mom saw him and remarked that he was better looking than me and asked who he was. I remember being so lucky to have him. He was everything I wished for.
I thought he was the one. But he wasn't. Wishes are just like fairytales. They exist only in storybooks and movies. I had to learn it the hard way.
Was about to wallow in my own sadness, when my phone beeped with a text message. Prince Charming. And I smiled.
